Ticket terms and conditions
Version: [TO FILL: date]
1. Organiser and scope
The concerts "Gothic Chapel Concert" at St. Salvator Church, Wipplingerstraße 6, 1010 Vienna, are organised by Arlind Tershnjaku, sole trader, Augustinerstraße 7/Obj. 2, 1010 Vienna ("we"). Full business details are in the legal notice. The parish is not the organiser.
These terms apply to tickets bought on gothicchapelconcert.com. For tickets bought on GetYourGuide, Viator, Tiqets or another platform, the booking and cancellation terms of that platform apply; please cancel or change those bookings through the platform. [TO FILL / lawyer: confirm against the platform agreements]
2. Booking and contract
You choose a date, a seat category and the number of tickets on our website and are then forwarded to the payment page of our payment provider Stripe. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment. You receive a booking confirmation [TO FILL: by e-mail from whom, with what content (e.g. ticket or booking number)]. The contract language is English or German.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices in euros, including VAT and all fees. [TO FILL: confirm VAT status (rate, or small-business exemption) and that no further fees are charged] The price of each category is shown on the seating plan and in the booking summary before you pay.
- CAT I: front rows. CAT II: middle rows. CAT III: side aisles and back rows; pillars may block part of the view.
- Seats within a category: [TO FILL: numbered seats or free seating within the category].
- Student tickets are €10 cheaper and are only valid together with a valid student ID shown at the entrance. [TO FILL: what happens if no valid ID is shown]
4. Payment
Payment is made in advance through Stripe, using one of the payment methods offered on the Stripe payment page.
5. No right of withdrawal
Tickets are for a concert on a specific date. Under § 18 (1) 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for leisure services provided on a specific date. The 14-day withdrawal period therefore does not apply.
6. Cancellation by you (voluntary refund policy)
Regardless of the above, we offer a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the concert. To cancel, call us, send a WhatsApp message or write to bookings@gothicchapelconcert.com. We refund to the original payment method within [TO FILL: number] days. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. [TO FILL: owner to confirm this policy; state whether rebooking to another date is possible]
7. Cancellation or changes by us
If we cancel a concert, you receive a full refund of the ticket price, or, if you prefer, a ticket for another date. Minor changes to the programme or the replacement of individual musicians do not entitle you to a refund, as long as the overall character of the concert is preserved. [TO FILL / lawyer: review]
8. Admission and late arrival
Doors open at 7:40 PM, the concert starts at 8 PM and lasts about 65 minutes. Please arrive by 7:45 PM. Entrance is through the gate of the Altes Rathaus (Old Town Hall), Wipplingerstraße 6. Latecomers: [TO FILL: whether and when latecomers are admitted, e.g. only between pieces]. A late arrival does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Children
Children are welcome. To keep the music undisturbed, babies under 1 year cannot be admitted. [TO FILL: whether children need their own ticket and from what age]
10. Photos and recordings
Photos are welcome before and after the concert. During the performance, photos and audio or video recordings are not allowed. Please keep your phone on silent.
11. Conduct in the church
St. Salvator is a place of worship. Please follow the instructions of our staff. We may refuse admission to, or ask to leave, anyone who seriously disturbs the concert; in that case the ticket price is not refunded. [TO FILL / lawyer: review]
12. Liability
[TO FILL / lawyer: liability clause compatible with the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG)]
13. Data protection
How we process your data is explained in our privacy policy.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies. [TO FILL / lawyer: review]
